SUBJECT:        Submission of Bills

The following is the schedule of the Regular Board of Education meetings for the 2011-2012 school year. Please turn in approved bills as soon as possible.  Cut-off dates will be the 10th of the month, or 1st workday following a weekend/holiday. Any bills received after that date may be held and processed for the following school board meeting. Please see that invoices and yellow purchase order copies are initialed for payment and returned promptly upon receipt of the material. To speed bill processing, make sure that expense statements, mileage forms, etc. have been signed by your building administrator/

supervisor. Purchases of equipment over $5,000 need to be bid and approved by the Board. Please contact me for the procedures.

 

Please submit prepayment of registration fees, hotel fees, etc., for conferences within these deadline periods. Exceptions to the deadlines will be made for conference fees on an individual basis only if:

            1.  The registration fees deadline cannot be met or there is a significant cost savings

                 for early submittal.

AND

            2.  The fees are over $50.

Otherwise, the individual will be reimbursed at the next Board meeting.
